We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to partner directly with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), providing strategic financial insights to drive performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the ELT, delivering commercial analysis and financial guidance for key business decisions;
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes;
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive accountability and profitability;
• Deliver analysis on pricing, product performance, customer trends, and promotional activity;
• Prepare board-level insights and support investor reporting as needed;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, margin enhancement, and growth initiatives; and
• Mentor junior team members and help build financial capability across the organisation.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with 8+ years’ experience in FMCG, retail, or a product-led business;
• Proven experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A roles;
• Confident communicator with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders;
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
• Strong commercial acumen and the desire to play a leadership role in shaping business outcomes; and
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to become a future leader within the business.
