With over 20% growth in the past year and strong momentum continuing, the business is scaling fast. They are now seeking a Finance Manager who can take ownership of financial reporting, partner closely with operations, and help drive continuous improvement—both in process and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational managers to deliver commercial insights and improve financial performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Play a key role in the potential ERP system implementation (selection to rollout).
• Lead and mentor a small finance team to foster professional growth and accountability.
• Support the CFO with strategic projects, business case modelling, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Bring:

• CA/CPA qualified with solid experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Commercial Analyst role.
• Proven business partnering skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and commercial outcomes.
• Experience in mining services, equipment sales and hire will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to ERP systems and involvement in implementations highly desirable.
• Power BI experience will also be viewed favourably
