You will be joining a large ~$1b Australian business in the B2B Retail sector. The company has a proud Australian history, which has grown from strength to strength (through organic and acquisitions) over 50+ years. They operate all across the country, headquartered in Sydney.

Core responsibilities:

• Finance business partner to a nominated set of retail outlets interstate
• Provide Commercial Finance and FP&A support with an operational and strategic mindset
• Support with budgeting & forecasting
• Provide commercial advice to enhance strategic decision making
• Prepare business cases on retail store profitability and other ad-hoc scenarios

Must-have attributes:

• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to GM level stakeholders
• Extremely high strategic commercial acumen with analytical mindset
• Strong excel modeler / business casing
• PPT & story telling skills
• CA/CPA qualified

Key details:

• Role based in Inner West Sydney (3/2 Hybrid)
• Retail or Manufacturing background is preferable
