We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and high-performing finance team. This role supports both internal corporate functions and a growing UK operation, delivering financial insights, partnering with key stakeholders, and helping to drive long-term strategic outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business leaders to provide strategic financial advice
• Deliver timely, data-driven reports, models, and analysis
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
• Develop commercial business cases and financial insights to support growth
• Lead consolidated monthly performance reporting
• Identify and deliver process and system improvements

What You’ll Bring

• CA, CPA, or CFA qualification (preferred)
• 5 + years’ experience in a finance/business partnering role
• Exposure to mid-to-large complex businesses (experience in B2B tech or SaaS a plus)
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise finance systems
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
