We are looking for a Junior Building Designer to join our in-house design team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about design, eager to develop their skills, and ready to grow into a creative role within a supportive environment.

While your primary focus will be on preparing and updating production drawings to support our projects, this role isn’t just about drafting — it’s about learning the craft of designing bespoke homes and working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you as you progress.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and update high-quality construction and production drawings

Assist with plan updates for client variations and design changes

Collaborate with our senior designer and project team to ensure accuracy and buildability

Gain exposure to custom home design processes and contribute creative ideas

Build your knowledge of residential design, construction, and client-focused outcomes

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a qualification (or is working towards one) in Building Design, Drafting, or similar

Minimum 2 years experience using Revit

Is organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work

Has a genuine interest in custom home design and a desire to grow creatively

Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
