Are you an experienced Project Lead or Architect with multi-residential expertise, looking for a new opportunity in a renowned architectural studio in Inner Sydney?

We’re really on the lookout for candidates who are ready to step into a Project Lead role and act as the second-in-command (2IC) to the Associates and Associate Directors. This role is perfect for an experienced Project Lead or Project Architect with a solid background in multi-residential projects, capable of independently managing both projects and teams.

TYPICAL DAY

• Overseeing various stages of multiple Class 2 projects
• Managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating your team to ensure timely delivery
• Applying your expertise in relevant codes and Australian Standards, while providing guidance and support to the wider team when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent [ESSENTIAL]
• Proven experience within an Australian architectural office [ESSENTIAL]
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD [ESSENTIAL]
• Strong leadership experience from managing teams [ESSENTIAL]
• Demonstrated experience in delivering Class 2 multi-residential projects [ESSENTIAL]
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship [ESSENTIAL] Must currently be in Sydney
