Role

We are looking for a professional Property Manager to work alongside our supportive team who is driven, dedicated and super down to earth. Responsibilities

Managing your own small sized portfolio with incredible support and efficient systems

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders

Providing timely and relevant advice to landlords, tenants and their representatives

Ensuring full execution and recording of leases and other documentation

Ensuring all critical dates and other information is accurate and updated on tenancy schedules

Maintaining Insurance, Bond / Bank Guarantee registers

Assisting with customer leasing matters and negotiations (Residential/Commercial depending on your experience)

Undertaking regular building and property inspections

Qualifications and experience

Previous experience in a similar role essential

Proven work history demonstrating motivation and initiative

Outstanding track record in customer service

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Demonstrated resilience in handling challenges

Proficiency in technology with a high level of confidence
