About the Role
In this full-time position, you will lead safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives, oversee incident management and compliance, and help shape our approach to continuous improvement. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure all services meet legislative requirements and uphold best practice in care and protection.

About You

• Expert knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and compliance standards
• Familiarity with the NSW Reportable Conduct Scheme and relevant legislation
• Experience leading risk assessments and managing serious incidents
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based compliance systems
• Experience in sectors such as disability, aged care, or child protection is desirable
