We're now seeking a proactive and experienced Growth & Operations Manager to help lead our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
This isn't just a management role; it's an opportunity to shape and elevate our practice. You'll be at the heart of our daily operations, blending high-level patient interaction with inspiring team leadership. Championing Compliance: Maintaining a strong focus on privacy regulations, infection control protocols, and practice policies. Assisting in modernising and creating effective processes and systems.
Empowering Our Team: Managing staff rostering, facilitating training, and providing ongoing performance mentoring and support of staff
Nurturing a Positive Workplace: Leading HR function and resolving conflicts with positivity, professionalism, and accountability.
Contributing to Growth: Assisting with engaging marketing and patient communication initiatives. Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, and performance improvements
Maintaining a Well-Equipped Practice: Liaising effectively with clinicians and suppliers to ensure all equipment, licenses, maintenance, and servicing are current and sufficient.
Orchestrating Daily Operations: Efficiently assisting in managing reception, greeting patients warmly, managing appointment bookings, financial transactions, end of day reconciliations and administrative tasks in collaboration with our team.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Can be flexible for the right candidate.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Proven Expertise: Solid experience working in HR managerial role. Health-related desirable but not essential.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, coupled with genuine empathy and a patient-first approach.
Impeccable Organisation: Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities to thrive in a busy environment.
Software Proficiency: Sound working knowledge of CRM and willingness to learn new software.
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage conflict constructively, and foster a positive and accountable work environment.
Professional Presentation: High standards of personal presentation and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Positive Attitude: A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Eligibility: Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
Why You'll Love Working With Us:
Modern & Refurbished Practice: Enjoy working in a recently renovated, spacious, and well-equipped practice.
Supportive & Collaborative Culture: Become part of a friendly, supportive, and truly collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued.
