Be the driving force behind a region-wide SD-WAN transformation, modernising connectivity for 36 sites and over 9,000 users across regional NSW. Your work will directly improve performance, resilience, and security across sites. You’ll join a values-driven organisation that supports essential services across regional NSW. You’ll be part of a committed IT team based in Bathurst, working on a major strategic initiative backed by a clear five-year technology roadmap. What You’ll Lead:

• End-to-end delivery of a high-impact SD-WAN rollout across 36 sites
• Migration from legacy WAN to scalable, secure broadband connectivity
• Design and implement repeatable, scalable SD-WAN configurations
• Deploy, test, and maintain MPLS, NBN, and satellite-based solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve complex networking issues
• Optimise network performance and implement redundancy for resilience
• Maintain documentation and assist in mentoring junior team members

What You’ll Need:

• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto or Aruba
• Strong SD-WAN implementation and WAN protocol experience (MPLS, VPNs, broadband)
• CCNA or CCNP advantageous as is relevant certifications
• Experience with network monitoring and logging tools
• Ability to work independently and manage travel to regional sites
• Must have a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Must be based in Bathurst or nearby region
