Who you’ll be working with:

Our client is a well-established Australian enterprise and an ASX Top 50 listed business currently in a phase of rapid growth. This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney. You'll join a business unit that’s focused on uplifting and modernising their technology environment, with a strong emphasis on enhancing their Modern Workplace capabilities - particularly within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite.

What you’ll be doing:

In this standalone role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to build and shape the environment from the ground up. Your time will be split between:

• Governance and Strategy – Establishing standards, driving stakeholder engagement, and continuously improving the use of Power Platform and M365 tools across the business.
• Hands-on Technical Delivery – Designing, implementing, and optimising Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents) and M365 tools such as SharePoint, CoPilot, and Teams.

Day to day responsbilities:

• Foster positive relationships between business stakeholders, partners , and Technology to deliver the best outcomes
• Establish and manage the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
• Design, create and implement solutions in Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents etc), M365 collaboration tools (CoPilot, SharePoint, Teams, Viva etc) and other relevant automation and AI technologies
• Contribution to the development and continuous improvement of initiative management from a Power Platform, low- no-code, AI and automation perspective

Your Background:

• Ability to design, develop, test, and implement Power Platform solutions using both canvas and model driven apps
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft applications - Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents), SharePoint, Teams, Viva, CoPilot
• Experience developing using the SharePoint Development Framework
• Automation and provisioning solutions for Office 365 via C#, Logic Apps, Azure Functions
