Wentworth Shire Council is seeking suitable and motivated individuals for the position of Labourer/Plant Operator (Roads) in the works team at Council. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the areas of road maintenance and construction activities, traffic management control and in the operation of associated plant and equipment.
The position is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three-month probation period and has a commencement salary of $55,645.20 plus 11.5% superannuation. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a fit for work assessment and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
