As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer & Operations Support Specialist who’s an absolute gun—someone who brings energy, pride, and a never-give-up attitude to everything they do. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and gets the job done no matter what.
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every interpreter booking, client call, interpreter request is handled smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner. This isn’t a clock-watching job—it’s for someone who takes real pride in doing things right the first time and doesn’t stop until the job is done.
What You'll Do
Ensure customer requests and interpreter bookings are fulfilled within service levels
Actively monitor and action incoming emails in shared inboxes and escalate time-sensitive issues quickly
Respond to client and interpreter queries via phone and email
Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, interpreters and internal teams.
Think ahead and take action—identify bottlenecks before they become problems
Juggle multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail high
Provide occasional admin support across projects and the wider team
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
Continuously build your skills and operational knowledge
Data analysis – Excel data skills are a must.
Online/Social Media skills
Recruitment of interpreters (as needed)
