The role…

Vantage Point Roofing is seeking an organised and great communicator to look after our clients and be open to personal growth and development with our business. As a well-recognised industry leader specialising in commercial metal reroofing and maintenance, we pride ourselves on exceptional projects and outstanding service to our clients. Customer service is critical.

Your tasks will be:

• Ensuring customers are kept up-to-date with their projects
• Scheduling our trades and other trades
• Ordering materials and equipment
• Monitoring budgets and schedules
• Identifying potential future problems with projects and work with our trades to solve.

You will work in a project operations team with other coordinators and experienced project managers as well as have the support of site Supervisors and other trade experts as needed.

What you'd need to bring to the role…

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Computing skills, proficient in Microsoft office suite and a quick learner on web-based apps and sites - mapping/booking/safety apps
• Organised - can prioritise and manage multiple tasks including time management.
• Ability to diligently follow processes
• Excellent communication and ‘soft skills’ including oral, written and interpersonal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Attention-to-detail on forms and written material ensuring things aren't missed
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Reliable and can commit full-time to the role during core office hours 7:00am - 3:30pm (M-F)
• Quality of character - honesty and integrity.
