Foil Drive, the global pioneers behind retro-fit electric foil assist systems, is looking for a Product Lifecycle Project Specialist to drive structure, speed, and clarity across our high-growth product pipeline. Based in Adelaide, this full-time role ensures our hardware products move from concept through to launch and beyond—on time and market-ready.

About you

You’ll be the central organiser, facilitator, executor bringing order to complexity. From managing timelines and cross-team handovers to overseeing product readiness assets, your job is to make sure every launch hits the mark and adds value to the overall existing product offering. You need to be innovative, agile and easily connect concepts and ideas together whilst managing different viewpoints. You work well in a faced paced ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track hardware products from concept to post-release updates.
• Manage launch checklists, documentation, and stakeholder handoffs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, OEMs, and certification bodies.
• Maintain version control, listings, packaging changes and catalogue transitions.
• Ensure every update is documented, communicated, and delivered on time.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years in project coordination, product ops, or hardware lifecycle roles.
• Experience with physical products (hardware, electronics, or consumer goods).
• Strong organiser, communicator, and problem-solver in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency in tools like, Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Gantt, Excel, Shopify and Cin-7.
• Bonus: Supply chain or compliance knowledge, or a love of water sports!
