We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-focused—someone who can handle machines and manage their daily workflow with care, knowing that every job contributes to a client’s brand in the real world.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating finishing equipment like the Uchida & Duplo cutters/slitters, Horizon rotary die cutter, Laminate & Foiling machine, Dieless Cutters, Booklet maker, Guillotine and more

Helping shape a smart, efficient daily workflow—this role suits someone who’s proactive, not waiting to be told what’s next

Completing tasks such as guillotining, cutting, scoring, taping, gluing, packing with a high degree of accuracy

Performing basic maintenance on equipment and keeping your work area organised

Quality-checking output before it leaves the floor

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on, technically minded candidates

Someone who learns quickly, follows processes carefully, and takes pride in their work

The ability to focus on detail while keeping jobs moving

A practical, solution-focused mindset

Comfortable with screen-based machine operation (training provided)

Availability across 3+ days per week with flexibility for early starts or late finishes when needed

Experience in print finishing is a bonus—but not required.

Job Details:

Location: Ravenhall, VIC (own transport required)

Status: Casual (24–38 hours per week)

Wage: From $29.40/hr depending on experience

Potential for permanent part-time or full-time
