About the Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sterilising Technicians to join our Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) team in a casual capacity. Reporting directly to the CSSD Team Leader, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering high standards of care.

At Masada, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that supports continuous learning and skill development. We support a wide range of complex surgical procedures across all specialties.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and have an ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria:

• Certificate III in Sterilisation.
• Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work rotating am/pm roster.

Remuneration:

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $29.5 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (as per the EBA).

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
