About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Casual Pick Packers to join our team at Pure Candle Supplies in Croydon VIC 3136. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As a Casual Pick Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing and dispatching a variety of candle & home lifestyle supply products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Accurately picking and packing customer orders from our warehouse

Ensuring orders are packed securely and to the highest quality standards

Providing excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling orders

Collaborating with the warehouse team to optimise picking and packing workflows

Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a pick packing or warehouse role - ideal but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication Skills

Sufficient computer skills

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

The ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting (min 25kg) and working on foot for long periods of time.
