About the role
As a part-time Compliance & Rostering Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operations of our client's aged and disability support services in Belmore, NSW. This position offers the opportunity to apply your strong administrative and organisational skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain staff rosters to meet participant needs and legislative requirements
Monitor and report on staff attendance, leave, and time worked to ensure compliance
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and documentation
Liaise with participants, staff, and other stakeholders to address any compliance or rostering issues
Provide administrative support to the wider compliance and operations team
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our compliance and rostering processes
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a compliance, rostering or administrative role, preferably within the aged care or disability support sectors
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems, including rostering and reporting tools
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle changing priorities and deadlines
