Manage a commercial portfolio of approximately $350K in existing business with strong growth potential, in partnership with a Steadfast-aligned brokerage. Extra annual leave and other staff benefits. You will be a senior within the broking team.

🔹 Claims Management –2 days WFH | Circa $110k
Step into a varied and flexible position where you'll manage a broad spectrum of claims—including property, liability, marine, motor, strata and financial lines. This role is ideal for candidates with prior claims experience in a broking environment.

🔹 Account Broker – Mid-Market & Corporate| CBD | $120k
Manage a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients across diverse industries.Work directly with the Directors, gaining exposure to complex and technical risks. Ongoing career development.

🔹 Senior Account Executive – South East | $160k
Take on a pivotal role managing a diverse portfolio of large commercial insurance accounts.
Bring your strong background in business insurance—including Business Packs, ISR, and Liability—and your Tier 1 Broking qualifications to a team that values expertise and collaboration.

🔹 Senior Account Broker – South-East | $120k
Ideal for an experienced broker seeking a behind-the-scenes role or a capable assistant ready to advance their career.In this supportive position, you’ll partner with a Corporate Manager to streamline internal processes and provide operational support looking after a client portfolio.

🔹 Senior Broker/ Manager– Regional |$150k + Super
This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to manage a portfolio of key commercial clients within a long-established brokerage. Your senior-level experience will be valued as you take ownership of client relationships, and contribute to the firm's continued success.This role offers a clear progression path into a senior leadership position.

🔹 Account Executive – SME | $120k | CBD
Manage a diverse SME portfolio within a client-focused brokerage. You'll work under the guidance of a dedicated Team Leader. Required are Tier 1 Broking qualifications and minimum of 2 years of broking experience.
