To be considered for any of these opportunities - You will need:
- 2+ years in a similar style position within General Insurance Broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking
- Team player attitude and a client-centric approach
Opportunity 1
- Private & Steadfast owned brokerage in Leederville of ~50 staff
- Supporting a large SME & Mid-market portfolio; larger clients within engineering, mining and architecture
- Weekly hybrid working, support in gaining qualifications, clear progression pathways & mentorship
Opportunity 2
- National Brokerage on CBD fringe, less than 10 minutes from Perth station
- Support a down-to-earth SME broker on his mid-sized, mixed SME portfolio, with 1-2 days WFH per month
- Winbeat & OrganiseIT systems
Opportunity 3
- WA-founded Strata specialty broker in the heart of Perth CBD
- Internal broker opportunity, managing your own book of renewals with in-house claims support
- Opportunity to progress to client-facing and expand your client base into general lines as the broker grows
Opportunity 4
- Privately-owned broker of 30+ staff on Perth's CBD fringe
- Support a new business broker by servicing a small, growing book of renewals, as he regularly adds clients
- WFH needs considered, On-site training manager with customised progression plan, monthly lunch & learns, social and supportive office culture

- Working in a team of 5 to collectively support the efficient running of a large Corporate & Construction portfolio
