Brand Marketing Manager

HelloCentre is a time-saving, intelligent platform that redefines phone-based communication. As Australia’s first tech company to offer IVR visualisation and intelligent queue-handling for phone-based services, we eliminate frustrating hold queues so every call is effortless and productive. We are rapidly growing and seeking driven professionals to amplify our brand influence and accelerate customer acquisition.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will own HelloCentre’s brand voice, visuals, and storytelling. In this role, you will drive rapid brand influence by developing and executing creative campaigns that position HelloCentre as a trusted authority in smart communication. You will ensure a consistent brand tone and design across all channels, and leverage deep user insights to shape messaging that resonates. Ideal candidates have a strong background in software/platform marketing, excellent content creation skills, and exceptional design judgment.

Brand Strategy & Consistency: Lead the development of HelloCentre’s brand strategy and guidelines. Ensure consistent messaging, imagery, and tone across all touchpoints – consistency builds trust and credibility. Take full ownership of our brand voice and visual identity.

Content Creation: Produce and oversee high-quality brand content (blogs, social media posts, videos, graphics, etc.) at a high creative output. Craft compelling, multi-channel storytelling campaigns (across web, social, PR, etc.) that educate users and amplify our mission.

Social & Digital Management: Manage HelloCentre’s social media channels and digital brand assets hands-on. Engage our community with authentic content and interactions. Guide design and creative teams to deliver on-brand marketing collateral.

User Insight & Research: Conduct ongoing market and user research to understand customer behavior and needs. Use those psychological and data-driven insights to inform brand messaging and influence user perception.

Thought Leadership & Authority: Develop thought-leadership content and partnerships (e.g. industry articles, webinars) to build HelloCentre’s credibility. Position our brand as an authority by clearly communicating our value proposition.

Performance & Optimization: Track brand metrics and campaign performance. Analyze results and user feedback to iteratively optimize messaging, creative, and channel strategy.

Qualifications and Skills: 3+ years in brand or marketing roles (preferably in SaaS/tech or platform companies). Exceptional creative skills (strong copywriting and/or graphic design sense). High creative productivity – you consistently generate fresh ideas and content. Outstanding design judgement and attention to visual detail. Deep understanding of consumer psychology and how it drives behavior. Hands-on experience with social media management and content tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related (or equivalent experience).
