eNurse, Australia’s leading scrub and nursing education retailer, are seeking a Digital Brand and Marketing Manager to help grow the eNurse business.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving our marketing and digital strategy, as well as creating the content to go with it.

Key Responsibilities include

· Work with the Operations Manager to develop a marketing calendar that truly shows who the eNurse brand is.

· Create, design and deliver visually impactful assets for social media, websites, blogs, eDM’s and digital campaigns, keeping our content fresh and consistent across all touchpoints.

· Manage our paid and organic SEM and social media marketing across Google, Meta, Tik-Tok and LinkedIn

· Execute our marketing schedule across eDM’s and social media

· Grow brand followers and deliver measurable growth in sales via social media

· Work with our brand ambassadors to grow the eNurse brand across their platforms

· Build out brand guidelines and templates, to ensure consistent messaging.

· Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign wins and losses

Working in a small team and reporting into the Operations Manager, our ideal candidate is someone with a broad range of skills across marketing, brand and design. You will have experience creating assets and driving digital campaigns that excite. Experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising is a must.

This role is full time onsite at our eNurse office in Tingalpa, with flexible working hours available to the right candidate.
