We, Fog Bandit ANZ by Penta Services Australia Pty Ltd, are looking for a seasoned, well-experienced Networks & Systems Specialist, most preferably with Security Fogging Systems & Solutions experience in network development and troubleshooting, configuration, and integration of systems aimed at product-led growth for revenue generation. Fog Bandit ANZ:

Fog Bandit ANZ was established in February 2017 by Penta Services Australia Pty Ltd, envisioned to provide world-renowned Active Security Equipment (security fogging systems) and electronic security solutions to safeguard clients’ property against unauthorised break-ins by intruders without causing any hazard, harm or damage to the assets, property and people. We are the sole distributor of BANDIT n.v Belgium, and are engaged in sales and after-sales support of the Bandit Security Fogging Systems to the Australian and New Zealand markets and other electronic security solutions and networking.

System Design and Development:

Analyse, develop, interpret, and evaluate complex system design and architecture specifications, including data models and diagrams, preferably for the security fogging systems devices.

Troubleshooting for the network development, configuration, and integration of security fogging systems.

Provide answers to software and hardware queries and ensure solutions align with technical requirements for wireless networking of the devices with Permaccon 4G/5G network for remote usage.

Software and Hardware Support:

Install and download the relevant software.

Ensure efficient application and equipment use through ongoing support of the security fogging systems.

Conduct system diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for the devices.

Network Infrastructure Management:

Research, analyse, and evaluate network infrastructure to maintain optimal performance (LAN and 4G/5G network).

Assess and recommend network operation improvements and integrated system enhancements.

Monitor traffic, capacity, and usage to ensure network integrity and performance.

Training and Specialised Technical Support:

Offer specialist skills in IT problem support and emergency resolution of the security fogging systems.

Provide training and guidance on new technologies, including IP, LAN/WAN Switching, Routing, Wireless 4G/5G, and Video-based solutions.

Design Consultation:

Advise clients on best design practices within the security fogging industry.

Collaborate closely with other staff and colleagues to support projects and tasks.

Preventative and Security Measures:

Implement, maintain, and monitor network security protocols.

Undertake preventative maintenance to minimise the system vulnerabilities of our security system devices.

System and Network Administration:

Install, configure, test, maintain, and manage networks, software applications, servers, and workstations.

Ensure compliance with industry standards for all of our devices.

Document and record diagnoses, issue resolutions, system modifications, and maintenance activities.

User Support and Training:

Provide technical support and training to the customers/users to maximise the system efficiency of the security fogging devices.

Address and resolve user concerns from minor issues to major system failures.

Future Planning and IT Development:

Plan and implement upcoming projects and improvements.

Determine advanced software and hardware requirements and practices in the industry.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, proactive support capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both colleagues and customers. The emphasis on network and security management, as well as user training, highlights the importance of both technical skills and communication. The understanding and experience of the security fogging systems and devices are highly desirable for this role.
