About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson to produce technical drawings and joinery plans that bring architectural visions to life. You'll work alongside talented architects, project managers, and production teams to deliver beautifully resolved joinery that meets the highest standards of design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed shop drawings, technical plans, and 3D models for custom joinery.

Interpret architectural and interior design documentation to develop precise and buildable drawings.

Ensure all plans meet industry standards, client briefs, and production capabilities.

Collaborate with architects, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve technical challenges.

Conduct on-site measurements and inspections when required.

Support the production team with cutting lists, material specifications, and assembly documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Microvellum and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of joinery construction methods, materials, and hardware.

High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Experience in high-end residential or commercial joinery.
