A well-established and respected architecture firm in Sydney is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity to hit the ground running on a major retail development — a new shopping centre project that’s already well into the approvals stage. Immediate start available.

What You’ll Be Doing

Produce CC documentation for a major retail centre

Work closely with senior team members and project leads

Apply your Revit expertise to deliver accurate, coordinated construction documentation

Be part of a fast-paced, delivery-focused team

What You’ll Need

Qualifications in Architecture

Solid experience working across retail, industrial, or commercial projects

Proficiency in Revit (hands-on, not just ‘familiar’)

Good knowledge of BCA/NCC and documentation requirements

Great communication and the ability to collaborate

Full working rights in Australia
