Working closely with our HR field leader, you will deliver

observation and action to fill relinquished shifts

live shift management according to established protocols

utilisation of our reserve teams to maintain core team work life balance

planned leave fill management

allocation of our specialist training teams within SIL environment

analysis of worker performance

contribution to cultural uplift
