Fishbone Wines is one of the Margaret River region’s favourite destinations, offering a unique cellar door experience and Japanese inspired casual restaurant dining.

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic cook to join our kitchen team, with experience in Japanese cuisine, that will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We aim to create a positive experience for every person that interacts with our establishment.

What we are looking for:

A good understanding of Japanese and Asian cuisine

Professional knife skills

Ability to work under pressure with great organisational skills

Professional attitude and appearance

Passionate about presenting great food

Availability and willingness to carry out weekend work

High hygiene standard

Due to the location of our establishment, it is essential that you have your own reliable transport.

We are offering daytime hours on a roster, 5 days per week, including weekends.

Long term employment offer of 12 months or more will be offered to the successful candidate. Applicants who are already residing in Western Australia is preferable.
