Gawler Barossa and Clare Valley Insurance Services is the Elders Insurance franchise servicing the Northern Adelaide and Gawler regions.

As a result of growth and expansion, we currently have a position available in our Gawler office in the role of Insurance Assistant Account Executive

As an employee of Elders Insurance Gawler, your major duties will include:

· Assisting the Account Executive in providing advice to Business, Commercial Motor, Farm and Personal Insurance clients

· Processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals and endorsements on the Elders Insurance System;

· Providing claims-based services to Elders Insurance clients;

· Recording and processing of claims information

· Providing excellent service standards with our existing clients

· Office administration, telephone enquiries and credit control.

To be successful in this role you must be able to display the following skills:

· Experience in the General Insurance or Financial Services Industry, and/or

· Experience in a customer service and office administration role

· Computer literacy;

· Well-developed communication skills

· Ideally you will also have or be happy to undertake training in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation. Additionally, you will be able to obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances.
