We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a thriving manufacturing company in the Northern Beaches! Positions available for individuals from a manufacturing or construction background.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about products and services
• Process orders and maintain customer records in system
• Provide precise and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and service options
• Professionally and promptly resolve customer complaints and issues
• Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to consistently exceed customer expectations

Requirements:

• Previous knowledge in manufacturing, logistics or construction
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail and order processing experience
• Availability to work every 2nd Saturday
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
