About the role
A need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service / Counter Sales Representative to join their small but happy Perth based team.

In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role you will be responsible for:

• Serving customers over the counter
• Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing
• Providing quotes to customers via phone or email
• Making a couple of outbound calls a day to existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Inputting sales orders
• Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met
• Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
• Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:

• Previous customer service / counter sales experience within the signwriting, print or labels industry
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills
• Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and honest and is someone that can own their mistakes
• Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
