About the Role

We are looking for dedicated finance professionals to join our dynamic team across various accounting functions. Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be responsible for the following:

Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing and supplier payments.

Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation.

Provide financial reports and insights to support business decisions.

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and transactions.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and compliance reporting.

Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Work closely with senior accountants to improve financial processes and controls.

Process customer credits and invoice adjustments accurately and efficiently.

Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.

Assist in general financial administration tasks, including record-keeping and reporting.

Provide customer support related to billing and payment queries.

Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.

Support month-end and year-end financial closings, including journal entries.

Work closely with the finance team to streamline accounting processes.

Prepare audit documentation and liaise with external auditors.

Process and reconcile accounts receivable transaction with a high degree of accuracy.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, liaising with customers to ensure timely payments.

Maintain up to date records of customer accounts and accurately apply credits and collections.

Investigate and resolve customer invoices queries and account discrepancies.

Provide timely account statements and support billing enquiries in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For
