The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the structural design of buildings and infrastructure using materials such as concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports under supervision.

• Perform structural analysis using software such as SpaceGass and Microstran.

• Attend site inspections and support construction phase services.

• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (accredited by Engineers Australia).

• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in structural analysis software, specifically SpaceGass and Microstran.

• Valid Australian driver’s license.

• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for structural design and a commitment to continuous learning.
