About the role
LOCATION: NORTH SYDNEY, NORTHERN BEACHES, UPPER & LOWER NORTH SHORE

BWRM Sydney is seeking experienced real estate photographers, videographers and floorplanners to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one Sydney's leading real estate marketing brands.

What you'll be doing

Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties

Stage rooms when necessary to ensure best presentation

Create detailed and accurate floorplans

Work closely with real estate agents to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional results

Upload content to our editing team at the end of the day (No editing will be required from you).

What we're looking for

Proven experience in real estate photography, videography and/or floorplanning

Excellent technical skills with photography and videography equipment

Strong computer skills

Strong eye for detail and an ability to showcase properties in their best light

Excellent people skills, and proactive positive attitude

Flexible and adaptable to work with a variety of clients and properties

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A passion for the real estate industry and delivering outstanding results

Must have a car and valid licence for transportation to various properties

Ideally someone who resides in North Sydney, the Northern Beaches or the Upper or Lower North Shore
