Our passionate Clinical Exercise Physiology team is focused on helping patients achieve what they once thought impossible with exercise—your role is to support them and help make that journey seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience:

Deliver every interaction with excellence, empathy, and respect

Respond to all patient needs and enquiries with accuracy and professionalism

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Clinical Support:

Complete administrative tasks requested by clinicians accurately and efficiently

Create, manage, and finalise all required patient documentation (reports, letters, referrals, service agreements, capacity certificates, etc.)

Respond to all inbound communication (eFax, phone, voicemail, email) promptly and professionally

Finalise all clinic-based billing daily with a high level of accuracy

Build positive relationships with stakeholders and their representatives

Clinic Maintenance, Flow and Support

Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient delivery of services throughout the clinic

Maintain a clean, safe, organised, and professional environment

Monitor and manage stock, consumables, and equipment

Identify and resolve any scheduling errors or clashes immediately

Complete all daily task lists and reporting accurately

Actively participate in admin team meetings
