About the role

Join the dynamic team at Rubies Nursing Care as a full-time Business Development Coordinator based in Perth,WA. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our aged and disability support services within the community services and development sector.

What you'll be doing

Assess and transfer NDIS participants into new or existing SIL/SDA accommodation alternatives.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking and building relationships with key stakeholders

Preparing proposals to secure new contracts and clients

Onboard new NDIS participants to our service

Regularly generate SIL referral leads.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to give personalized accommodation solutions.

Collaborate with SDA and housing providers to create new options.

Providing regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Collaborate with SIL Service Coordinators to connect clients with available accommodations and build new locations.

Maximize networking opportunities to boost community engagement and business exposure.

Ability to work across Perth and surrounding areas.

What we're looking for

Proven track record in business development, sales or account management within the aged care, disability or community services sectors

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders and the internal team

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities

Proficient in proposal writing with a focus on delivering compelling, win-win solutions

Project management skills to coordinate the implementation of new services and programs

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing or social services
