This is a contract position on hourly rate 3 days a week, working at Narrabeen.

This job can then convert to 4 or 5 days for the right applicant.

This will be a mixture of work on a large-scale Windows 10/11 network, providing general desktop support and troubleshooting. We require the candidate to have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people with their IT related queries.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Good Microsoft Office Skills

Strong Windows 10/11 skills

Good Apple OSX Skills (desirable)

Good PC hardware knowledge

Network Skills, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi (desirable)

Providing basic Server supports on Windows Server 2016/2019 (desirable)

Good teamwork & communication skills

(Desirable) IT Degree or Tafe IT Certificate

Demonstrated problem-solving skills in resolving operational, software & hardware problems

Provide Level 1 and 2 support

Current Australian Drivers license

Must have a Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance

The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or no later than 4 weeks once selected.
