Key responsibilities
Lead and deliver innovative community and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Manage and grow the online engagement platform Your Say Clarence
Provide strategic advice and planning across diverse project teams
Build and maintain strong relationships through events, forums and public engagement
Analyse and report on community input to inform council decisions
About you
Experienced in engagement strategy, stakeholder management, and IAP2 methodologies
Skilled communicator with strong report writing, facilitation and negotiation abilities
Politically astute and able to work effectively in a government environment
Proactive mentor and collaborator who supports knowledge sharing and team development
A strategic thinker who can manage competing priorities, with a flexible and resilient approach to challenges
What we offer you
Base salary between $89,760.55 and $99,774.18 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
Permanent/full-time
