They are partnering with the industry to transform the energy sector. Currently, the business requires a Senior Community Engagement Adviser. This role is responsible for helping the business build relationships and enhancing their reputation by supporting the Brand and Corporate Affairs team.

They are building an innovative and dynamic team to play a key role in achieving Victoria's renewable energy target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including local communities to build relationships and enhance reputation.
• Support stakeholder and community relationship management by planning and delivering engagement activities including meetings, briefings and community engagement events.
• Deliver engagement with the public at local events, project specific engagement sessions and other forums.
• Provide community and stakeholder engagement advice to internal stakeholders and project partners.
• Support the development and delivery of community and stakeholder engagement plans for key projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience.
• Excellent customer engagement skills with a strong customer resolution focus.
• Demonstrated experience in applying the methodologies, principles and practice of community engagement or community development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage, support, challenge and influence
• A successful track record of leading and supporting the delivery of communications content required for community and stakeholder engagement.
