Currently, the UTS Marketing and Communication Unit have an opportunity for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing team for a fixed term period of 7 months. About Us The UTS Marketing and Communication Unit (MCU) takes the lead in developing strategies and relationships to build the UTS brand in order to achieve its desired prominence in the marketplace. It is responsible for effectively promoting and enhancing the image and reputation of the university through the development and implementation of marketing strategy and campaigns, media and public relations activities, internal communication and corporate identity strategy. About the Role The Content Marketing Manager will help define the UTS brand story while developing consistency for our brand's stories. Working as part of our creative and energetic Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager will: • Strategically plan, develop and create content that attracts, acquires and engages our target UTS audiences across various campaigns, platforms and mediums• Develop and implement content strategies focusing on external audiences and segments with a focus on messaging and positioning• Understand our audiences through analysis and review of segments, customer journeys and regular measurement of audience engagement and content effectiveness• Manage and curate content on major communication channels to our audiences, and provide advice, support and strategic planning to internal clients wishing to communicate with them, as well as supporting improved content marketing training With examples, please outline within your Cover Letter, how you meet the following key selection criteria: 1. Ability to conceptualise a brief, think creatively and develop strategies, messaging and positioning to execute content creation from start to finish2. Excellent research, writing and digital production skills to scope, create and edit multi-channel best in class content to attract, acquire and engage UTS audiences3. Strong strategic planning with the ability to measure, analyse and evaluate performance of content against agreed objectives, and utilise learnings to optimise future content.4. Experience using an array of creator and digital marketing tools ranging from CMS, EPS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics ,and Social publishing platforms Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $119,041-$135,575 pa (HEW 8) This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
