Banksmeadow, NSW | Full-Time | Work Closely with Senior Leadership

We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised Sales Office Manager to join a growing business in the commercial fitness equipment industry. Based in Banksmeadow, this is a full-time permanent role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to keep operations, administration, and sales support running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role in an industrial area with a mix of warehouse, showroom, and office facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage both the administrative and sales support functions of the office—coordinating internal operations while also engaging with customers and suppliers to drive success
  • Support the Director and State Sales Managers with planning, reporting, and logistics coordination
  • Handle internal sales (showroom, phone, email) and customer interactions
  • Oversee Xero tasks: quotes, invoices, purchase orders, bills
  • Maintain and update CRM (Capsule)
  • Coordinate local and overseas logistics, deliveries, and supplier communications
  • Organise travel and accommodation bookings
  • Lead improvements in document management and administrative processes

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Office Manager or in a senior admin support role
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, and Teams
  • Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential) to create quotes, purchase orders, and bills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Capsule or similar)
  • Strong communication and people skills – enjoys interacting with customers and suppliers
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a mixed office/warehouse/showroom environment
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
