Randstad Senior Finance is partnering with a leading education provider in Melbourne, who are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Activity Based Costing, to support strategic decision-making through advanced financial modelling and cost analysis.

As Senior Finance Manager, ABC you will be responsible for

Leading the design and implementation of an Activity-Based Costing (ABC) model

Providing insights on cost efficiency and resource allocation to support institutional strategy

Collaborating with finance, IT, and academic leaders on predictive and diagnostic financial models

Contributing to budgeting, planning, and governance improvement initiatives

Managing a small team of analysts

To be successful in this role you will have

Proven senior-level finance experience in complex, transformational environments

Deep knowledge of financial analysis, modelling, and costing in large organisations

Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery capability

Expertise in modern analytics platforms and systems

CPA/CA or equivalent (preferred)

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract paying up to $200k package and is looking to start ASAP.
