We are on the lookout for a Senior Finance Manager with a focus on Sustainability Reporting to join our experienced and growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the sustainability reporting and financial analysis for our thriving manufacturing department.

The role will commence ASAP as a 12 month contract. There may be an opportunity after the contract for this to transition into a permanent role.

Description

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of sustainability reporting
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting
• GAP Analysis
• Statutory reporting
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for sustainability reports
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and sustainability measures
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role would be ideal
• Exposure/experience in applying AASB 2
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and reporting
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in a product related sector ideal
• CA/CPA Qualification
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
