Randstad Senior Finance is working with a leading education provider in Melbourne in the recruitment of a Senior Finance Manager, Planning in what is a pivotal senior finance leadership role.

As Senior Finance Manager, Planning you will be responsible for

Leading financial and strategic modelling for student load, fees, workforce planning, and cost allocation.

Delivering predictive and diagnostic business insights to guide executive decision-making.

Collaborating with academic and finance teams to align enrolment projections and resourcing.

Providing high-level financial advice on planning, investment, risk, and institutional strategy.

• Management of a small team

To be successful in this role you will have

Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis within complex environments.

Strong leadership capability and proven ability to drive high-performance teams.

Advanced data modelling skills using modern analytics tools and systems.

A collaborative, strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience within the education sector - exposure to student load planning is highly advantageous

Qualifications (CA, CPA or overseas equivalent) are preferred for this position, which is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract paying up to $200k package.
