📌 About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and organized Installation Manager/Scheduler to lead our installation team and manage the scheduling of fencing and gate installations. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations from planning to completion.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily and weekly installation schedules

Interface with powder coating

Ensure all materials are packaged and jobs are staged

Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors

Manage logistics of materials to site

Liaise with clients to confirm site readiness and schedule updates

Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards

Maintain communication with production and logistics to align project timelines

Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines

Assist in workforce planning and materials coordination

✅ About You

Proven experience in installation coordination, preferably in fencing, construction, or similar trades

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

Basic knowledge of fencing/gate products and installation processes

Proficient with scheduling software or Microsoft Excel

Current driver’s license (required)
