Help Keep Things Cool (and Warm!) as Our Installation Scheduler

As our Installation Scheduler, you’ll be the one making sure our install crews are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You’ll chat with customers, coordinate with our techs, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Installation Scheduler to coordinate and schedule Air Conditioning installations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely project execution, efficient technician utilization, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and experience in scheduling or dispatching roles—ideally in Air Conditioning or a similar field service industry.
