The Role
We're seeking a skilled and visionary Head Chef for EMBR Events to lead all aspects of our catering operations — both on-site and off-site. From private dinners to large-scale functions and weddings, this is a hands-on leadership role where your culinary expertise and operational finesse will shape unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead menu development and execution for all events (corporate, private, and in-house)

Oversee kitchen staff, logistics, prep, and service across multiple event locations

Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes

Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations

Work closely with the events and operations teams to deliver seamless service

Who You Are

A seasoned chef with strong event catering experience

Proven ability to lead teams under pressure and manage multiple projects at once

Innovative, organised, and quality-obsessed

Flexible with a can-do attitude and willingness to travel for off-site events

Hold relevant food safety certifications

Extensive experience in wedding catering is required
