Head Chef - Mildura

Are you an experienced Head Chef seeking a position that offers a balanced work-life schedule? What you'll be doing

· Supervising and mentoring the kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

· Ensuring consistent adherence to food preparation, presentation, and service standards

· Enhancing the existing menu offerings

· Managing inventory, controlling costs, and implementing food waste reduction strategies

· Working in conjunction with the front-of-house team to provide seamless customer service.

What we're looking for

· Minimum 2 years as Head Chef or similar senior role

· Formal culinary training or qualifications

· Expertise in Asian cuisines and techniques

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and customer service focus

· Thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Salary:

An attractive salary of between $78,000 - $85,000 per year, is on offer for the right candidate.
