Position Overview

Position Status: Site Manager

Reporting Relationships: Construction Manager

Expected hours of work: Standard hours are a minimum Monday-Friday7.00-4:30pm

Expected Contract Rate: Negotiable, dependent upon demonstrated ability and previous experience.

Role

Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors and trade professionals on-site, in conjunction with Construction Manager, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Control project programming, budget management, quality control, procurement, supervision, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors.

Review the project status of the programme and manage, lead, and drive the team to ensure the scope is adhered to and program deliverables met.

As a Site Manager you must have a good knowledge of all best practice guidelines and Workplace Safety Management Practice audit standards.

Supervise & Self Perform all carpentry-related tasks, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and in line with project requirements.
