Push Mobility is a fast-growing, purpose-driven company that creates innovative solutions for people living with disabilities. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on State Sales Manager to lead our Victorian team based out of our Abbotsford office.

What’s the Role?

No two days are ever the same at Push. You might be:

Leading and supporting a small, passionate team

Running hands-on equipment trials in the showroom

Heading to the beach to demo a beach wheelchair

Collaborating with our national team

Managing orders, sales, and stock in DEAR/Cin7Core

This is more than a desk job. You’ll be on the move, engaging with clients, solving problems, and helping people live more independently and confidently.

What You’ll Need:

Experience in sales or team management (bonus if it’s in the disability or allied health sector)

Leadership experience – you’ll be managing a tight-knit team

A caring, can-do attitude with strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

A full driver’s license (so you can drive our Push van!)

Familiarity with inventory/sales platforms like DEAR/Cin7Core is a plus

OT or allied health background? Even better!
